About the Role:

As a Junior Business Development and Funding Support Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our business development efforts and managing the administrative aspects of HRDA funding for our clients. This position offers the chance to develop your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment, with a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including market research, lead generation, and client outreach.
• Handle inquiries and provide information to clients regarding HRDA funding, guiding them through the registration process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, funding applications, and business development activities in the CRM system.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance seminar attendance and client engagement.
• Participate in networking events and seminars to promote SCP Academy’s services and build professional relationships.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed to support the business development and funding processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in Greek and English, with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive, motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a sales, marketing, or administrative role is a plus.
• Knowledge of HRDA funding processes or willingness to learn.
